Arrived about two with hw at 7. It looked a bit iffy and a quick glance
showed that the sails on the water were pretty upright. By the time I'd
rigged the wind had picked up enough to get planing from the off. Had a
good couple of hours plus of non-stop planing action, occasionally
overpowered, which in turn led to some gybe crash outs. Excellent fun all
round. Not many out once the wind picked up but the neap tide meant that
the shore dump looked unlikely to appear. I came in eventually as I was
just too tired to really enjoy any more. Looking at Chimet when I got home
I think I should (yet again) have changed down to a 4.7 and wave board. I'm
just so lazy. Very few out at the end but a few were arriving for an after
work sesh.
